Every sip should feel right. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

The short version
You have 14 days from delivery to send back any unopened tin in its original packaging. For food safety, we can’t take back tins that have been opened. Return shipping is on you, and your refund goes back to your original payment method once your tin reaches us.

How to start a return
Call or text 908-875-6222, or email sotealishious@gmail.com. Send your order number and a quick note on what happened, and we’ll reply with next steps within 24 hours.

How long it takes
Your return usually takes 5 to 10 days to reach us. Once it arrives, we process it in 3 to 5 days. Your bank then takes another 5 to 10 days to release the funds.
