You’ve got enough to keep track of. Here’s exactly how your tea gets to you.

Free shipping on $35 or more
Every order of $35 or more ships free, anywhere in the U.S., Alaska and Hawaii included. Under $35, USPS calculates the rate by weight at checkout, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

When it ships
Your order leaves within 3 business days. Checkout shows your estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you pick. Need it sooner? Priority Mail and Express are available at checkout.

Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number, so you always know where your tin is.

Your address
Please check it before you pay. Once an order is placed, we ship to the address on that order and can’t change it.
