Welcome to So Tealishious. These terms are the ground rules for using sotealishious.com and buying from us, written as plainly as we could. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by So Tealishious, LLC ("So Tealishious," "we," "us," "our"), 801 Route 1, #1058, Iselin, NJ 08830. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the platform we use to sell to you. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including browsers, customers and anyone who submits content. They include our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are linked in the footer of every page.

2. Using the site
To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or this site for anything illegal, and not to upload viruses or harmful code. If you break these terms, we may end your access to the site.

3. Our teas
We describe every blend as accurately as we can, including its ingredients and whether it contains caffeine. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the tea in your cup.

The information on this site is for general education only and is not medical advice. Statements about tea and herbs have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read each ingredient list before you buy. Talk with your healthcare provider first if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have allergies or a medical condition.

Some products are available in limited quantities, and we may discontinue any product at any time. We can't promise every blend will match your personal taste, but our Refund Policy explains your options.

4. Prices and orders
Prices may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may limit quantities per person, household, or order, including orders placed with the same account, card, or address. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to reach you at the email, phone number, or billing address you gave us. We may also limit orders that appear to be for resale. If you're interested in wholesale, contact us and we'll talk.

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it when it changes, so we can complete your order.

5. Mistakes on the site
The site may sometimes contain typos or errors in descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times, or availability. We may correct these errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, even after you've placed your order. If we cancel an order because of an error, we'll refund what you paid. We work to keep the site current, but we aren't required to update it except where the law requires.

6. Your comments and submissions
If you send us ideas, feedback, reviews, or other material, we may use, edit and share it in any medium, without paying you or keeping it confidential. You agree that anything you send won't violate anyone's rights, won't be unlawful, abusive, or obscene, and won't contain malicious code. Don't use a false email address or pretend to be someone else. We may remove any content we find objectionable, and you are responsible for what you post.

7. Your personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

8. Third party tools and links
The site may link to, or offer tools from, other companies. We don't control them and provide them "as is," without warranties. You use them at your own risk, and questions about them should go to that company. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices.

9. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content to:

• break any law, or encourage others to break the law;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, including ours;
• harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against anyone;
• submit false or misleading information;
• upload viruses or malicious code;
• collect or track other people's personal information;
• spam, phish, scrape, or crawl the site;
• interfere with the site's security.

You also may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the site without our written permission. We may end your use of the site if you do any of these.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that results from using it will be accurate or reliable. We may take the site down or change it at any time without notice.

Except as expressly stated by us, the site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and noninfringement.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, So Tealishious and our owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product you buy from us. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data and replacement costs, even if we were told such damages were possible. Some states don't allow these limits; in those states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless So Tealishious and our affiliates, partners, owners, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers and suppliers from any claim or demand made by a third party, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises because you broke these terms, broke the law, or violated someone else's rights.

13. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it will still be enforced as far as the law allows, and the rest of these terms will remain in effect.

14. Termination
These terms apply until you or we end them. You can end them by no longer using the site. If we believe you've broken these terms, we may end them without notice and deny you access; you will still owe any amounts due. Obligations from before termination remain in effect after it.

15. Entire agreement
These terms, together with any policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier versions. If we don't enforce part of these terms, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. Unclear wording will not be read against us simply because we wrote it.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting changes on this page, so please check it from time to time. Using the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
